Everything was awesome during 5 days, thoroughly enjoyed its unbeatable and awesome location close enough to shops and restaurants. The service was fantastic, including a friendly check-in. The hotel was located in the middle of the city.

Fantastic hotel with an amazing location close to all the restaurants and the Marina. Great-sized room with a lovely bed. Tasty meals served with soft drinks.

The rooms at Mantra Heritage were absolutely cozy and comfortable. I felt right at home with the air conditioning and ceiling fans, ensuring that I had a perfect temperature throughout my stay. The internet access and cable TV were also great for entertainment options.

Personally, I found the ceiling fans a bit too noisy. But hey, that's just me.

The location was amazing, with easy access to Marina Mirage, close to nightlife, and the Port, making it a fantastic spot.

Had really really nice stay for Carnivale weekend in Port Douglas, the staff were excellent, location was stunning in cafes around the corner. I greatly enjoyed the room with great privacy, the bed was large.

I particularly enjoyed the beautiful swimming pools and the outdoor kitchen facilities, which added to the overall luxury of this place. Stayed for a weekend and had a blast! Perfect location, close to restaurants, shops and beach. The pool was great and the barbeque facilities by the pool were a plus. The room was comfortable and had a lovely view. Enjoyed the easy access to laundry facilities in the room. great value for money.

The street noise was quite loud at times and interrupted our relaxation. The room could have been cleaned better, and there were not enough toiletries for our stay.

We couldn't have found a better location for our stay. Being in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants, made everything so easy. The room was very comfortable and cozy, with a great view of the leafy surroundings. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained with good quality toiletries. The pool and bbq facilities were perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.
